We want to make sure that the services we offer are the best fit for you: connecting you with a therapist who has expertise with your concerns, accepts your insurance, and can match your availability.
Existing clients:
We prefer to talk with you directly over the phone for all clinical issues. Please dial the main number and listen to the menu for your therapist’s extension. You can also view their phone number in their therapist bio.
If you contact us by email we are happy to respond to more general questions such as: what insurance we accept, what problems/issues we work with, and therapist availability.
The Centers for Family Change uses an encrypted HIPAA compliant email system through gSuite. This system requires you to verify your identity when you receive an email from us. Even with this safeguard in place, email is not as secure as we all would like. Therefore, we would request you do not share any clinical information via email. Please only use email to contact us for basic information about Centers for Family Change.
