The Centers for Family Change is looking for ethical, motivated and committed therapists to join our practice (offices in Oakbrook, Naperville, and Oak Lawn*). We provide a stable work environment and have been in business since 1985. Whether you are new to private practice or an experienced clinician seeking the stability, support and collegiality of group practice we would be interested in talking with you. We hire psychologists, social workers and licensed professional counselors, and will consider license eligible clinicians as well. Our Ideal Candidates

Ideal candidates should have experience treating adolescents and their families. Interest in working with children, those with ADHD, and/or couples is a plus. Please note that the Centers for Family Change hires all our clinicians as employees. We do have a non-compete agreement regarding other private practice work and require all therapists to work 3 evenings a week or 2 evenings and Saturday.

*We are currently hiring clinicians who will work in-person. In addition, we have suspended in-person services for our downtown location due to a lack of interest for in-person services in that location. However, if you are interested in developing a patient base in downtown Chicago while working in one of our suburban offices we are open to negotiating such an opportunity with you.
