We accept nearly all major insurance plans
Centers for Family Change therapists accept nearly all major employer based insurance plans. Our therapists are preferred or contracted providers for most major insurance companies, PPO networks, EAPs, and many HMO plans. We also accept some Affordable care Act plans. We do not accept any Medicare or Medicaid based plans
The Centers for Family Change does not accept any Medicaid or Medicare insurance plans including those offered through major insurance companies. We are not enrolled in these plans.
Medicare does not allow us to bill secondary insurance plans because we are not enrolled in Medicare.
The Centers for Family Change is committed to providing services you can afford. We believe that people should be able to use their insurance to obtain the assistance that they need. If we are not part of your insurance network please ask about using out of network benefits or about self-pay options.
Your Therapist’s Network Membership
While most Centers for Family Change therapists are contacted with all of the insurance plans we have listed, there are some exceptions. Therefore, be sure to check that the specific Centers for Family Change therapist that you want to work with is a contracted provider with your insurance before beginning therapy.
