If you have questions or special concerns about a possible referral our intake therapists are available to assist you. Our intake therapists can be reached by calling: 630 586-0900, and selecting option 1.
While we strive to coordinate care with all involved professionals we respect our clients’ confidentiality rights. Therefore, we must obtain a valid release before sharing any information. If you need to talk with us about a client please call. We will do our best to obtain a release if we have not done so.

The Centers for Family Change hires licensed psychologists, social workers, clinical professional counselors, and marriage and family therapists. To be considered you must be licensed for independent practice and have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. We hire both part and full time clinicians.
Health insurance is available for full time clinicians.
Retirement benefits are available for all employees.
Case consultation and in-service trainings are provided.

The practice continues to be managed by Peter Perrotta, Ph.D., one of its' founders. The Centers for Family Change is a growing and thriving practice that offers you the opportunity to work in a supportive, collegial and stimulating environment.
Services we offer: Individual, family, and marital/couples therapy.
- Individual, family, and marital/couples therapy.
- Psychological testing, depending upon the circumstances and referral questions.
- ADHD evaluations for children, adolescents and adults.
- Short term assessment and referral for EAP clients.
Our therapists utilize a variety of different approaches including: Cognitive Behavioral therapy, Dynamic or Insight oriented treatment, Family therapy; Solution and Problem focused therapies, and Play therapy.
Services we do not offer:
- Court related services.
- Court ordered evaluations.
- Court ordered treatment.
- Court involved treatment.
- Custody evaluations.
- Disability evaluations.
